The online planner that is provided to you offers areas where you can choose the timeline, plan the events for your special day, and choose the music you want played throughout the night.
I have 18 years of experience as a Wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies. From soft dinner music, to high energy dance music, I understand that the proper mix and presentation of the music makes all the difference in creating a truly memorable wedding.

Most couples I work with have never been married before. With 18 years of wedding experience I can share what has worked in past weddings and give great ideas of how to make your wedding very unique.
My company is fully insured and I have back up equipment on site. Other professional vendors such as photographers and videographers are very important to the success of your wedding, so I contact those professionals once the timeline has been finalized to go over everything.
Throughout the evening I will mention what special event is coming up to the guests. For example, I will make announcements of all the special events 5 minutes ahead of time. I do this to make your guests aware of what is coming up. I also confirm with the other professionals that they are ready to capture the memorable moments.

DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE? – Yes. Copies of my insurance information can be provided upon request.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE TIME IT TAKES TO SET UP YOUR EQUIPMENT? – No, the price includes travel time plus set up and breakdown of the equipment.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO SECURE A DJ FOR OUR EVENT? – I require a deposit of 50% of the contracted price via cash, check, or credit card, and the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
HOW INVOLVED CAN WE BE IN SELECTING THE MUSIC FOR OUR EVENT? –I offer an online planner where you will select songs for the event. For example, I will ask for you to choose songs for the “Must Play”, “Play if Possible”, and also the “Do Not Play” list. I also take music request from your guests.
DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES- Yes. I will provide you with a recent list of clients upon your request.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE- Yes I carry $1,000,000 liability insurance.
HOW OFTEN CAN WE MEET- I usually meet 1-2 times in person, but we have unlimited amounts of e mail and phone calls to answer any questions.
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP EQUIPMENT- Yes I always have back up equipment on site such as speakers, laptops, external hard drives, and wireless microphones.
DANCE FLOOR LIGHTING- Yes I offer that as an add on to the wedding package. I use LED lights that makes the room look great for the dancing part of the event.
